We understand that life happens. However, because your session involves deep energetic preparation and personalized time, any changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations & Reschedules:
You may cancel or reschedule your session with a minimum of 48 hours' notice.
Changes requested after this window are not eligible for rescheduling.
Refunds:
Please note that sessions are non-refundable, but you are welcome to reschedule as long as your request is made within the required 48-hour window.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows:
If you arrive late, we’ll make the most of the remaining time — but sessions cannot be extended.
If you miss your appointment without prior notice, the session is forfeited.
Thank you for honoring the time, energy, and sacred preparation devoted to your session.

By confirming and accepting your appointment with Mariana Nagy-Reis | Alchemy Queen you understand and accept the following:
Mariana Nagy-Reis | Alchemy Queen does not present herself as veterinary or medical doctors nor as registered practitioners or counselors. A session is in no way meant to replace sound veterinary, medical, financial or legal advice. A session is meant as a guideline only to help you better reflect upon and deepen your relationship with yourself and/or your animal companions.
Mariana Nagy-Reis | Alchemy Queen does not guarantee the accuracy of her insights and is in no way responsible for the results of the session. The recipient is 100% responsible for any action taken based on interpretation of the insights presented in a session. The session fee is paid for the output of time and energy that Mariana Nagy-Reis | Alchemy Queen uses on your behalf.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia.
By confirming and accepting your appointment you release Mariana Nagy-Reis | Alchemy Queen from any and all legal responsibility.
