PAYMENTs, POLICIES, REFUNDS, Cancellations, RESCHEDULING
We understand that life happens. However, because your session involves deep energetic preparation and personalized time, any changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations & Reschedules:
You may cancel or reschedule your session with a minimum of 48 hours' notice.
Changes requested after this window are not eligible for rescheduling.
Refunds:
Please note that sessions are non-refundable, but you are welcome to reschedule as long as your request is made within the required 48-hour window.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows:
If you arrive late, we’ll make the most of the remaining time — but sessions cannot be extended.
If you miss your appointment without prior notice, the session is forfeited.
Thank you for honoring the time, energy, and sacred preparation devoted to your session.

The Academy is a transformative, long-term container. To maintain clarity, energetic integrity, and fairness for everyone, please note:
Payment & Commitment:
Enrollment is a commitment to the full program (Full Journey or Self-Study Pathways).
Monthly payments are payment plans for the full program cost, not subscriptions.
All scheduled payments must be completed regardless of participation.
Refunds:
Because of the personalized preparation, energetic work, and digital materials provided, all payments are non-refundable.
Program & Portal Access:
Course materials and portals are available for 12 months of access.
Extended access may be arranged with an additional fee.

By confirming and accepting your appointment with Mariana Nagy-Reis | Alchemy Queen you understand and accept the following:
Mariana Nagy-Reis | Alchemy Queen does not present herself as veterinary or medical doctors nor as registered practitioners or counselors. A session is in no way meant to replace sound veterinary, medical, financial or legal advice. A session is meant as a guideline only to help you better reflect upon and deepen your relationship with yourself and/or your animal companions.
Mariana Nagy-Reis | Alchemy Queen does not guarantee the accuracy of her insights and is in no way responsible for the results of the session. The recipient is 100% responsible for any action taken based on interpretation of the insights presented in a session. The session fee is paid for the output of time and energy that Mariana Nagy-Reis | Alchemy Queen uses on your behalf.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia.
By confirming and accepting your appointment you release Mariana Nagy-Reis | Alchemy Queen from any and all legal responsibility.
